We are certified for the installation of metal roof and wall systems from manufacturers including Bemo, ATAS and Firestone Building Products and many other manufacturers. Our team’s years of experience in construction, especially the metal envelope, are here to assist architects and contractors with metal evaluation, design and project budget.

We team with our partner manufacturers in the design and installation of:

Metal Wall Panels

Metal wall panels offer and almost unlimited combination of metal type, coating options, texture and profiles. Panels can be single layer or insulated and save installation costs by more efficient labor requirements. Once the panels are installed, the building owner can expect a service life of 20-30 years and in many cases, even more. It’s no surprise that architectural metal panels are the most widely used commercial exterior material today.

Standing Seam Roofing

Standing seam roof systems are efficient, durable and a beautiful option to preserve and protect nearly any shape, size or architectural purpose. Western Building Group is a trusted installation contractor for the largest manufacturers of standing seam roof system in the United States. Working directly with the engineering teams for select standing seam manufacturers, WBG has years of direct experience to install almost any system.

Foam Insulation Systems

Polystyrene and polyurethane are two of the structural foams used to achieve the greatest R-value available. Western Building Group is a trusted installation partner for projects of any size. There are a variety of industrial insulated panels on the market today, Prodema, Parklex, Trespa and Stonewood all trust Western Building for their construction expertise, efficiency and quality.

Aluminum Composite Panels

Flat aluminum panels are bonded together with a composite core creating an efficient, water-tight exterior used for exterior building cladding. The composite core is polyethylene or polyurethane sandwiched between two aluminum panels. The finished panel becomes an light and strong panel available in a rainbow of colors. The panels can be coated with polyvinylidene fluoride (PVFD), fluoropolymer resins (FEVE) or polyester paint. There are even coatings that are self-cleaning or air purifying paints.

Insulated Metal Panels

Insulated metal panels (IMP) are extremely versatile wall building product. They are a water, vapor and thermal barrier connected and fastened together and to a structure frame that provides thermal efficiencies and create a attractive exterior.

Phenolic Core / GFRC Panels

Phenolic core wall panels are manufactured with a core of resin and high-density, thermosetting cellulose fibers. Over the core various types of laminates are used for specific environmental conditions. These panels offer increased protection against moisture and graffiti.

GFRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete) is manufactured by blending and laminating chopped glass fiber and concrete. GFRC exhibit superior strength as compared to metal or plastic wall panels in certain applications.

Plate Assemblies

When a tough surface is required, specialty plate wall panels can be matched to almost any other surface. Custom plate assemblies protect those areas where heavily trafficked environments require a wall panels that can take the abuse. Airports, movie theaters, detention centers, police stations and more all have the expectation that at some point, the wall panels will get heavy use. Custom plate wall assemblies can be surfaced to appear like other ACM/MCM panels but withstand far more wear reducing building maintenance in a robust environment. Custom specialty plate wall assemblies are highly durable and corrosion resistant.

Perforated Specialty Metals / Solar Shading

Perforated metal shade and wall panels add architectural texture to any project. Roof and wall panels also control the amount of sunlight that reaches the interior space. A variety of perforation patterns are used to add aesthetic interest and manage solar light specific on the environmental orientation.

Our projects include private commercial, public/municipal and federal Corps of Engineers projects. We work with you. Our project contracts include design/build, lump sum, CMAR and fast-tracked projects. We also have full BIM capabilities.
